Room: Deluxe Premium is our signature product for luxury living, much larger than a standard deluxe room and has a loveseat sofa. It feels like a studio apartment with a lot of space in the room. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV, and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. Neighbourhood/building: Living off-campus in a highrise building makes things different. Our Foggy Bottom Residence is centrally and ideally located at the heart of George Washington University, putting things you want practically outside your door. This highrise residence offers a gym, secured entrance and elevators, and only steps away from Foggy Bottom subway station. At Foggy Bottom, all the options are just steps from your door: trendy eateries, eclectic boutiques, and emerging art galleries are all yours to explore.
